August 11th, 2013- Today the Tabernacle Rescue Squad joined Union Fire Company No. 1 of Medford in saluting the 150th Engineer Company of the Amy National Guard as they headed from Hammonton to Ft. Dix, NJ as they deploy first to Mississippi and ultimately Afghanistan.  Members from both departments saluted as the two escorted busses made their way past.  Two of the soldiers are from Tabernacle, Brandon Mackafee and Robert St. John.  St John's family joined us with flags and signs as the procession passed.  We wish the entire company safety as they serve our great nation and look forward to their safe return.
